He writes: "Just some notes while heading back to Paris after a 10-hour day of duathlon in Brittany." Thanks, Reinhard! Elite Men - Millon and Vansteelant run together in the first 10 km. The Belgian broke away on the seventh and last of the bike laps and secured 66 sec on the line ahead of best runner and two-time champ Millon. Xavier Fanovard (FRA), +1:18 Junior Women - The three medalists rode together. Spirig lost 7 sec in T2 but quickly re-joined the two. She and Paterson got away, but 18-year-old Spirig could only leave the Brit behind in the rain when sprinting the final 700m.
